By placing an order with InfamHouse, you agree to the shipping terms described below. We offer free standard shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. Expedited or express delivery is not available at this time.

FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
- **Processing** – We prepare your order within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During busy seasons, this may extend slightly; we will email you if a significant delay occurs.
- **Delivery** – Once your package leaves our warehouse, please allow approximately 10–18 business days for arrival. These are average estimates; actual transit can be affected by weather, carrier backlogs, or regional holidays.
- **Tracking** – A tracking number will be sent to your email after dispatch. Use it to monitor your shipment. If you don’t receive it within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact us.
- **Address changes** – If you notice an error in your shipping address, let us know immediately while the order is still processing. Once shipped, we cannot modify the address, and a reshipping fee may apply if the parcel is returned.

- **Delivery** – International shipments typically take 16–22 business days from the dispatch date. This range accounts for longer transit routes and customs handling, which can add unpredictable delays.
- **Customs & Duties** – Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are solely your responsibility – we cannot estimate or prepay them. Please check with your local customs office before ordering.
- **Tracking** – You will receive a tracking number via email. However, note that tracking updates may be less frequent once the package leaves the U.S. and enters foreign postal systems.
- **Address accuracy** – Provide a complete and correct address (including street, city, postal code, and phone number). Undeliverable international parcels returned to us will require a reshipping fee.

GENERAL TERMS FOR ALL ORDERS
